My experience with Eugene has been amazing. He was so responsive from beginning to the follow up and beyond! He took some awesome headshot photos for me. After he edited the photos I wanted in a day, I asked him to crop a few and he turned it around in one evening. I HIGHLY recommend!

What began as a solo venture has grown into a skilled and efficient team, allowing us to handle large-scale projects with ease. For example, we’ve successfully photographed 100–200 employees in a single 8-hour workday. We’ve worked with major companies like Silverstein Properties — capturing headshots across five offices in New York and Philadelphia — as well as 3XA and many small businesses.

Should I do an
indoor or outdoor
photoshoot?

We offer both! Outdoor shots provide natural lighting and scenic backgrounds, while indoor sessions offer a polished, professional look. The choice is yours!

Can I have my
photos taken
at my location?

Absolutely! We can bring our equipment to your home or office for an additional $ 100. In contrast to conventional headshot studios in NYC, our service offers a unique advantage: we provide professional headshot photography at your location, saving you time and effort

How should
I prepare for
my photoshoot?

Check out our article on how to prepare for a headshot session. The most important thing? Bring a positive mindset, and we’ll take care of the rest!

What’s your
rescheduling and
cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Rescheduling:

If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, your $ 50 retainer will be applied to a new session at no extra charge (must be within the same calendar year). If you reschedule with less than 3 days notice, a new $ 50 retainer will be required.

Cancellations:

If you cancel at least 10 days before your session, any payments made will be forfeited. Cancellations within 3 days or failure to attend will result in a $ 100 fee to cover lost time.

Late Arrivals:

If you’re late, we can only shoot during the remaining time of your session, so arriving on time ensures the best experience!

Do you take photos
for documents?

No, document photos are not part of our creative photography services. For
official ID or passport photos, we recommend reaching out to a specialized provider who can ensure they meet the required format.

Is hair and
makeup included?

No, but we recommend hiring a professional stylist to help you look your best!
